For all of those times that we want to gift to mean something more than just cash.

Though it’s the teenager, or that one person who is always hard to buy for. So we go to the fail safe. Just give them a gift of some cash. Maybe a gift card to their favorite place. You know they will appreciate it.

Yet……

Giving gifts is something that you LOVE TO DO. It’s your language. You want this to still be personal. To mean something more that just the dollar amount.

Ok. No problem. You want to honor them. Celebrate what they have accomplished. Or just to let them know that you think they are the very best. I have the perfect solution. A match made in Heaven.

“Dun Dun Dunnnnnn!” {that’s supposed to be some dramatic musical noise….}

…..now a moving spotlight finally finds the main character on the stage……..

Ok. Maybe I’m having a little too much fun imaging the scene. But why not.

This little baby right here is an easy and fun way to solve the issue.

Completely versatile. Like no joke. You can make up a set. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Make one for each of the winning team mates.

Let Dad know that he’s number 1.

When your kiddo has worked incredibly hard and you are so proud of them. Now the money or the gift card aren’t the mail feature. No. Now they are just the icing on the cake. Because you my friend went out of your way to create something unique and special just for them.

And it doesn’t take long to make. So this is a win/win/win all the way around.

Now if we could just crochet one for ourselves. Without us actually crocheting one for ourselves. It would be so nice to be told that we are number one.

Ah well…… they show it in other ways. Happy crocheting guys! And don’t forget to go get your super awesome way to make giving a gift of cash even better.
