Crocheting Got Ya Feeling a Little Crabby?

Or do you have a Crabby Little One?

Either way, crabby just seems fitting, once you see what I’m talking about.

Ever have your little one seem to just wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Yet, they are still so adorable?

Just like this little guy. LOL.

I’m having to hold myself back. All I want to do is drop cute picture after cute picture. It’s probably because my kiddos are way past that stage. My oldest just turned 18. Though I still remember all of the cute moments. Momma. If they are in that stage now. Treasure it. Cherish it. And LOVE, I MEAN ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERY PART OF ALL OF IT.

The growing up. The teenager part. All of it. What incredible gifts our kids are!

I swear I didn’t plan that. How cool is that? I’m thinking through the amazing gift of being a Momma. How much I treasure my kiddos. And the next picture up, is this one with the Toy Crab in the gift bag.

I suppose I could be writing this blog post about why he was created in the first place. Or tell you how he was the first (complete) pattern that I designed.

Yeah…. I could be doing the “good” business thing……….. It’s so hard when all that’s going on in my mind is a parade of wonderful memories.

I’ll just give myself a moment here…….

Regroup. This pattern does hold a special spot in my heart. But what’s so much more important is the question of who are the special people in your heart. I know the ones in mine. And whether today was a day that they got out of bed on the wrong side, or not. Praise God for the incredible gift of love.

I’ll come back in here later on and make a “proper” post for my Toy Crab. In the meantime, go hug someone and let them know just how special they are to you.
